PROJECT MANAGERS AND RENEWABLE ENERGY SPECIALISTS

We provide a Project Management Consultancy service to the Construction Industry, mainly in the building services environment.

We also specialise in the design, specification and Project Management of Renewable Energy Installations. We work with both public and private sector clients, to help make their projects successful.

Kevin Halls Senior Consultant has over 25 years experience in the Electrical Contracting and Building Service industry. Having started as an apprentice Electrician and progressing to Project Management, he has extensive experience of projects of various sizes, ranging from Installation of critical power supplies for Television and Radio Broadcasting, Station Modernisations for London Underground which encompassed Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Alarms and Communication Systems to smaller Commercial Building projects. He has expertise in all areas of Project Management including Health & Safety, risk assessments, method statements, and the co-ordination of sub-contractors. His experience includes :

• Providing Consultant Mechanical & Electrical Services to Metronet Rail on the Warren Street Station refurbishment
• Consultant Commissioning Manager for Haden Young, Commissioning of all M&E Building Services for a new Build Office Block including a Photovoltaic System
• Central London and Regions Project Delivery Engineer for the BBC, responsible for project control quality and project handover of mechanical and electrical installations critical to Television and Radio Broadcasting including Critical and Uninterruptible Power Supplies, Stand by Generators, Computer Server Rooms, Fire Alarms including VESDA systems and HVAC systems
